Shipping conditions Deliveries are made by parcel with advance payment. Shipping is carried out by Couriers/Postal Services. The delivery cost is calculated by the program (shopping cart) or communicated before shipping. Upon delivery, the buyer is required to check the packages, ensuring they are in good condition and sealed, and also verifying that the goods correspond to what is indicated in the transport document "if necessary". Any exceptions must be raised directly with the courier by making an appropriate reservation.
Information pursuant to Legislative Decree no.185/99::
Purchases made on our site, like all distance purchases by phone or correspondence, since they take place outside commercial premises, are protected by Legislative Decree no.185 of May 22, 1999, which provides the consumer with the possibility to exercise the right of withdrawal. The consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days from receipt of the goods. This right consists of the ability to return the purchased goods to the supplier without any penalty, and consequently receive a refund of the "purchase" price.
Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days from receipt of the product. It will be sufficient to send, within 10 days from receipt of the product, a registered letter with return receipt, containing:
Statement of intent to take advantage of the granted benefit
Indication of the product for which you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Your bank account details
(name of the bank, corresponding branch, CAB and ABI codes, current account number) in order to make the bank transfer.

To obtain a refund, the consumer must return by mail to the address indicated above the product to which the withdrawal refers. This product must be returned in exactly the same condition in which it was delivered.
Returns
How to exercise the right of withdrawal:
Pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 64 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Customer has the right to withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason within 10 working days from receipt of the product, provided that the product is intact in its original packaging and has not been used.

The shipping costs of the product to the company will be entirely borne by the customer, who must adequately pack the returned item and will be responsible for any damage caused by transport as well as any loss or theft of the package.
This right is reserved only for individuals, that is, private consumers who act for purposes unrelated to their profession. There is no right of withdrawal for legal persons and individuals who act, in relation to the purchase contract, in a professional context.

The payment methods provided are payment by credit card, Paypal, Satis pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
"Resellers" The first time we may also ask you for a copy of the VAT registration certificate or another document showing the identity of the legal representative of the company.
In the case of online purchases, your order must be followed by confirmation via e-mail from our office of the actual availability of the requested materials. Only after this positive feedback can you transfer the amount due; otherwise DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT. Payments by Satispay, bank transfer are provided. In case of payment by advance bank transfer, we will communicate by e-mail the bank details on which to make the transfer before shipping the goods. Exceptionally, for supplies after the first and for significant amounts, ROBOTRON reserves the right to evaluate, by obtaining appropriate guarantees, the possibility of granting payments other than advance payment. In any case, the granting of any deferred payments is at the total discretion of ROBOTRON, which also has the full right to revoke any deferred payment terms already granted without having to provide justification or notice.
ROBOTRON reserves the right to cancel orders with goods ready for delivery that have not been paid for within 3 working days from the date of purchase.

TO PROTECT THE SELLER
“USED Products” This is a sale with the AS IS formula with exclusion of return or warranty by the seller. In case of shipping, the seller is not responsible for the loss of the package by the shipper or for damage to the contents. If a package arrives that is CLEARLY damaged, the buyer must not accept it, stating the reason (make sure the courier writes it down) and immediately notify the seller.
Before purchasing a used product, request further photos and details as returns are not possible "AS IS Formula"
